Chris James VanDyke, age 77, of Lowell, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Terri Lynn Totch, age 35, of Lowell, passed away Friday, January 3, 2025.

We want to thank her wonderful caregiver, Becky Adrianse for taking such good care of Dorothy. Per Dorothy’s request, cremation has taken place and there will be no public services held.

Glenn Herbert Marks, age 99, of Lowell, MI, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on December 23, 2024.

Mary Kay Gasper, 74, passed away in the early morning hours of Saturday, Dec. 28, 2024. The daughter of Lewis Theodore and Mary Maxine (Detmers) Gasper, she was born on May 15th, 1950, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Roger L. Wingeier, age 81 of Belding, passed away Saturday December 14, 2024. He was preceded in death by parents, Vern and Virginia Wingeier; and brother, Stanley Wingeier. Roger is survived by his brother, Rodney Wingeier; nephews, Rick and Brad Wingeier; and special friend, Keisha Park. Interment will be held at Alton Cemetery.  

James Ray Plank, 80, passed away early on Wednesday, Dec. 18, from complications of a stroke. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Rae Plank, his youngest brother Steven Plank and his nephew Mark Dulz.

Keith Phillip Cook, 79, of Lowell, MI passed away on December 19, 2024, following a fall at his residence, Fountain View Assisted Living.  

Janet ‘Jan’ Marie Ockaskis, age 82 of Lowell, went to her eternal home Thursday, December 5, 2024.

Leonard ‘Lou’ Mark Williams Sr., age 79, of Lowell, born in Jamestown, NY on May 7, 1945, passed away Thursday December 5, 2024.

She was an avid reader who was known by the entire library staff, she also enjoyed sewing, cross-stitch and crochet. Above all she cherished the time spent with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Bonnie had the biggest heart and was beloved by her many family members and friends. She will be missed by all who knew her. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the American Cancer Society or the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation.

She was an active volunteer with Lowell’s Open Table, and was instrumental in starting that organization, as well as the founding of Lowell Skate Park.

Darlene A. Horsley, age 68 of Saranac, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024.

Larry was an avid hunter who loved woodworking and tinkering in his garage on many different things.

Rodney Russell VanCamp, age 84 of Lowell, passed away Saturday, November 2, 2024.

Robert (Bob) Elmer Topp of Menominee, Michigan, went home to our heavenly Father on Monday, October 21, 2024 at the age of 89.

All the while he maintained his passion for music, performing and writing prolifically. In 2022 part of his catalog of original music was placed with Fervor records for use in movies and television.

He was a proud veteran of the United States Army serving in Germany from 1967 to 1970.
